Is Delta-8 THC a Synthetic? - It's Not...
A closer look at the confusion about the legality of Delta-8, specifically in Wisconsin. Argues the legality of Delta-8 per the language in the 2018 Farm Bill, and where other cannibinoids fit within that verbiage. Delta-8 is not a synthetic cannibinoid as it is naturally occurring within the plant, and is extracted using isomerization.
